We proudly offer free shipping for all our kits. We ship our paint by numbers kits direct from state-of-the-art printing facilities straight to your door. Once receiving your image we will take up to 2 working days to process this and make sure it is right for the painting. Following that, the piece generally take up to 5-7 working days to be created, with 3-5 working days for shipping. Total delivery time is estimated after payment is confirmed and based on the time for processing and the time for shipping. Please note these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking numbers and tracking links will be sent to you via email after shipping.We often add your tracking number early before the item has been created, so that you can track the process as soon as it is handed over to the courier.
Please allow up to 5 business days extra for your order to be made and delivered during busy holiday periods as these are our busiest times. Thank you.

Once your order is placed, our friendly team will review all your photos uploaded and select the most suitable one for your chosen design. If none of your photos are suitable, we will email to ask for alternatives.
If you feel your photos do not meet our guidelines, we encourage you to take new ones if possible, to avoid any delays with your order.
We create your artwork, using the exact photo uploaded. It is your responsibility to submit a high quality photo that adheres to our guidelines. We cannot offer refunds for photos that do not meet the criteria outlined in our guide.
